Shipping within Italy

Destinations and cost

We ship throughout Italy at a flat rate of €9.99 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased: the cost is the same for one item or ten items in the same order.

This charge is added to the price of the products. Shipping costs, any discounts and the total amount payable are displayed in the checkout summary before you confirm your purchase.

Our online store currently accepts orders for delivery within Italy only. We do not sell directly online for delivery abroad, including other European countries. Outside Italy, purchases can be made through distributors or importers operating in the relevant country, subject to their availability and terms of sale. Order preparation

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are generally prepared and handed to the carrier on the business day following order confirmation.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed from the following Tuesday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not business days.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is estimated at 2–6 business days. The applicable estimate is shown at checkout; times may vary depending on the destination and carrier operations. If an order is delayed or not delivered, please contact us for assistance. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

For delivery or order questions, email info@neigenoire.com and include your order number. Alcoholic beverages are sold only to adults and are subject to the age verification required at purchase or delivery.
