Welcome to Neige Noire. These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the website and the purchase of products offered by Sarica Brothers S.R.L.
By accessing the website and/or making a purchase, you accept these terms of service in full.

2. Products
Neige Noire sells alcoholic beverages (gin) and related products. All product descriptions, images and information are provided for informational purposes and may change.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the sale of any product without notice.
3. Age requirements
Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to people aged 18 or over. By placing an order, users declare, under their own responsibility, that they meet the legal age requirement to purchase and consume alcohol in Italy.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through secure payment platforms offered by Shopify and its providers. Neige Noire does not store or have access to complete payment card details.
5. Orders and acceptance
The order confirmation sent by email constitutes acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Shipping and delivery
Our online store currently accepts orders for delivery within Italy only. We do not sell directly online for delivery abroad, including other European countries. Outside Italy, purchases can be made through distributors or importers operating in the relevant country, subject to their availability and terms of sale. Shipping within Italy costs €9.99 per order, regardless of the number of items. Prices, any discounts, delivery costs and the total are summarized before payment.
Shipping times and costs are shown during checkout. Delays not attributable to Neige Noire (carriers or force majeure) do not give rise to automatic refunds.
