The profile of Neige Noire
A black gin with a balsamic character: wild juniper from the Aosta Valley, wild blueberries from Val Ferret, and two types of mint from Morgex — glacialis and peppermint — meet pine buds, cardamom, and other botanicals. Water from Mont Blanc is used in the distillation.
Its metameric color reveals different shades depending on the light. An invitation to observe the gin before discovering its aromas. Learn more about the history, color, and botanicals of Neige Noire.
How to enjoy it
Discover its aromas by tasting it neat, or prepare it in a Gin Tonic with ice and a tonic water that allows its balsamic notes to shine. A gin to choose for its character, or to give as a gift in its tin packaging.
